Meet Nebula

"A nebula is a cloud of gas and dust where new stars are born — a space full of energy, motion, and possibility."

The Rawrawk Nebula was designed to solve a problem that every serious gigging guitarist knows: a poorly organised pedalboard doesn't just look bad — it costs you time, introduces failure points, and gets in the way of playing.

Nebula was built from the ground up to eliminate that friction. Every structural decision — the surface angle, the cable routing, the connector cutouts, the underside clearance — exists to make your setup faster to build, easier to maintain, and more reliable on stage. Not just once. Every time.

Built to Last.

Most pedalboards make a compromise: all-metal boards are heavy and simple to stamp out at scale; all-wood boards are lighter but vulnerable to surface wear over time. The Nebula uses both materials deliberately — each where it performs best.

The base is constructed from high-quality plywood: strong, lightweight, and dimensionally stable. The top and front are finished with precision-cut powder-coated aluminium, chosen for its hardness and resistance to the kind of repeated abrasion that comes from attaching, repositioning, and removing pedals over years of use.

The result is a board that stays rigid under load, resists wear on its working surface, and remains significantly lighter than a comparable all-metal design. Built to handle real use — not just look good on day one.

Design that Works.

The Nebula's inclined surface isn't a stylistic choice — it's a functional one. The angle was chosen to improve pedal visibility and foot access during performance, reducing the chance of missed stomps on a dark stage. It also creates natural underside clearance, providing space for a power supply and cables without requiring risers or additional hardware.

The overall dimensions were determined by mapping real-world pedalboard layouts — balancing the number of pedals most working guitarists actually use against a footprint that fits comfortably in a gig bag, the boot of a car, and on a stage without eating into your floor space.

Every edge is finished cleanly. Every curve is deliberate.

Thoughtful Routing & Layout.

Cable management on most pedalboards is an afterthought — a tangle of zip ties and velcro patches applied after the fact. On the Nebula, routing is designed in from the start.

The perforated surface provides flexible attachment points across the entire board, not just at the edges. Cables run underneath naturally, held in place with velcro or cable ties, keeping the top surface clean and unobstructed.

The Nebula takes this further with 9 dedicated chassis cutouts sized specifically for professional panel-mount connectors, plus a dedicated IEC cutout for integrated AC power. This allows you to build a board with permanent, studio-grade input and output connections — no dangling jack cables at the edges, no connectors pulling loose mid-set. Your signal enters and leaves the board through fixed, secure connection points, exactly as it would in a professional rack setup.

The result is a pedalboard that doesn't just hold your pedals — it integrates them into a coherent, reliable signal chain.

The Perfect Gig Bag.

A pedalboard is only as road-ready as what carries it. The Nebula gig bag was designed alongside the board itself — not sourced separately and retrofitted — which means it fits perfectly, protects properly, and travels without compromise.

Made from reinforced, water-resistant fabric, it's built to handle the realities of regular transport — wet loading docks, crowded backseats, hurried load-ins. A heavy-duty zip runs the full opening, designed for repeated use without failure. Subtle detailing and precise stitching echo the design language of the Nebula itself, creating a cohesive, purpose-built feel rather than a generic accessory.

Inside, exceptionally thick, high-density padding surrounds your gear on all sides. Unlike many standard pedalboard bags that prioritise slimness over protection, this bag is engineered to absorb impact and resist compression — shielding your equipment from everyday knocks, drops, and transport stress. The padding maintains its structure over time, ensuring consistent protection without sagging or thinning.

Structured enough to inspire confidence, lightweight enough to carry easily. Serious protection without unnecessary bulk — exactly what a gig bag should be.

Why Pedalboard Design Matters

The world doesn’t lack pedalboards — it lacks ones built with genuine intention. Most are functional. A few are durable. Very few are both, and fewer still are beautiful. The Rawrawk Nebula was created to be all three.

In a world of stamped metal and anonymous mass production, Nebula stands apart through intention. Every angle, texture, and line was drawn with purpose — to create something that feels as good to look at as it does to use. This isn’t just a place to mount pedals; it’s a reflection of the musician behind them.

Design matters because the way we interact with our tools shapes the way we create. A board that’s light, strong, and visually balanced invites clarity. It makes setup feel effortless and performance feel natural. And when every detail — from the brushed aluminium top to the soft-radius handles — works in harmony, the result is more than convenience; it’s confidence.

Each Nebula is built sustainably using repurposed aluminium sourced from the construction industry, reducing waste without compromising quality. Combined with its plywood base, premium coating, and double matte varnish, the Nebula is made to last — not to be replaced.

We build in small batches, in Europe. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is generic.

We believe craftsmanship should leave an impression, not a footprint. The Nebula represents that idea: responsible design that looks timeless, feels effortless, and performs flawlessly.

This is what happens when engineering meets emotion.
