Shipping Origin
All Rawrawk products are shipped from Portugal.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. However, please note that all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with international shipments are solely the customer's responsibility. Rawrawk will not cover or reimburse these fees. If you refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or fees, the shipment will be returned to Rawrawk, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must:

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at hello@rawrawk.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@rawrawk.com. Include detailed photos and descriptions of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us at info@rawrawk.com to arrange the exchange. Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
