This website does not operate an online shopping cart or checkout, and no payment is taken on this site. Products are sold by personal enquiry: you request a build, we send a personalised shipping quote and an invoice by email, payable by card or bank transfer, before manufacture. Card payments are collected by a regulated payment provider; we do not handle or store your card details. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after payment is settled.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

This website is served over HTTPS. We do not collect card or payment credentials through this website. Invoices are settled off-site: by bank transfer to us, or by card through our regulated payment provider.

Section 4 — Pricing & Modifications to the Service
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and exclude VAT. They are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price stated on the invoice we send you, which is fixed once you settle it.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 5 — Shipping & Returns
We ship within the EU, UK, US, and to selected international destinations. Shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time are confirmed in the personalised quote we email you before payment.
For deliveries outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the quoted price unless we state otherwise in writing.
If an international order is refused, abandoned, or returned because these charges were not paid, the customer will be responsible for any shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, or handling costs incurred. These costs may be deducted from any refund.
Consumers resident in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Rawrawk voluntarily extends this to a 30-day return window. Full details, including how to exercise the right and how refunds are handled, are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
For the voluntary 30-day window, products must be returned in original, undamaged, resaleable condition, with all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may inspect and carefully test the product, but Rawrawk may deduct any loss in value caused by damage, misuse, missing parts, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect or test the product.
For eligible EU and UK returns, Rawrawk provides free return shipping where this is stated on the product page or confirmed in your quote. For returns from outside the EU and UK, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. In particular, every product carries the statutory legal guarantee of conformity: three years from delivery for consumers resident in Portugal under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, and at least two years for consumers resident elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, according to the law of your country of residence.
Section 6 — Payment & Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you at the email address you provided with your enquiry, and refund any payment already received.

We may provide access to third-party services over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided as is and without warranties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, services, or products.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
Rawrawk does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rawrawk, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your use of this website or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I"). Where those provisions give you stronger rights than Portuguese law, those rights continue to apply.
