We are proudly based in Northern Portugal, but we ship worldwide.
Yes. Every Rawrawk product is covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If you are resident in Portugal, that is three years from delivery under Portuguese law. Elsewhere in the EU and in the UK it is at least two years, depending on your country of residence. If something is faulty, not as described, or fails through a manufacturing defect within that period, contact us at hello@rawrawk.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it. We handcraft our gear in small batches in Europe. Send us an enquiry to check availability — we'll email you a direct shipping quote and an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. Card payments go through a regulated payment provider — we never handle your card details. Paying by card usually gives more buyer protection than bank transfer, though exact rights depend on your card, country, and provider. Selected Quasar configurations are in stock, and a small Nebula batch is nearing completion. Made-to-order builds have an estimated dispatch of 6–8 weeks. We confirm availability and dispatch before payment.
